Installation Guide

Complete guide to flashing ExtremeROM on your Exynos device.

Requirements

⚠️ Important: Make sure you have your bootloader unlocked already.

Galaxy S10 Series (S10e, S10, S10+, S10 5G)

1. Restock your device

Firstly, Please flash the latest stock Bootloader (BL) and Modem (CP) on your device with Odin3. If you are unsure as to where you can get your stock firmware from, we recommend Samfw.

⚠️ Be sure to flash the Odinpack for your device in the USERDATA slot

💡 Tip: to save time, turn off Auto Reboot in the options tab in Odin. Once Odin says Pass carry on to the next step.

2. Reboot to TWRP

While the phone is still connected to the computer (and on Download mode), hold the Bixby + Power + Volume Down buttons at the same time. After the screen goes black carry on holding Bixby and Power but instead of Volume Down hold Volume Up instead.

3. Prepare for flashing

Now that you are in TWRP, navigate to the wipe button, then press format data.

Type yes and confirm.

Type Yes

Go back to Home -> Wipe -> Slide to Factory Reset. Then Reboot -> Recovery.

4. Repartitioning and Cleaning

Go into Advanced --> ADB Sideload and swipe to start.

ADB Sideload

On PC, open command prompt in platform-tools folder. Type:

adb sideload <drag repartitioner zip here> ADB GIF

Repeat this step for the cleaner file.

5. Installing the ROM

Now repeat the ADB Sideload process but with the ROM zip file.

Galaxy S20/Note20/S21 Series

1. Restock your device

Flash latest BL and CP with Odin. (Same as S10 steps).

2. Reboot to TWRP

Hold Power + Volume Down until screen goes black. Then immediately switch to holding Power + Volume Up.

3. Prepare for Flashing

In TWRP: Wipe -> Format Data -> type "yes". Then Factory Reset. Then Reboot -> Recovery.

4. Installing the ROM

Go to Advanced -> ADB Sideload.

On PC:

adb sideload <drag ROM zip here>

Once finished, press "Reboot System".

Bootloader Unlock Guide

WARNING: YOU WILL LOSE ALL OF YOUR DATA FROM DOING THIS. BACKUP FIRST!

1. Enable Developer Options

Open settings -> About Phone -> Software information. Tap on Build Number 7 times.

2. Enable OEM Unlocking

Go back to Settings -> Developer Options. Turn on Enable OEM unlocking.

3. Unlocking the phone

S20/S21/S22: Power off. Hold Vol Up + Vol Down while connecting to PC.

S10: Power off. Hold Vol Down + Bixby while connecting to PC.

Once the blue screen appears, hold Volume Up for about 3 seconds to unlock. Press Volume Up again to confirm.

Achieving Strong Play Integrity

Note: As of Nov 2025, keyboxes expire frequently. This method achieves Basic/Device integrity.

2. Install Modules

Open KernelSU Next -> Modules -> Install. Install all downloaded zips. Reboot.

3. Configuration

Open KernelSU Next -> Modules.

Play Integrity Fork: Press 'Action' then Close.

Tricky Store: Press 'Open'. In Tricky Addon menu: Select All, Deselect Unnecessary, Set Valid Keybox.

Finally, verify with a Play Integrity Checker app.
